Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Wanda and Manny are a pair of one-year-old, friendly, playful, cuddly and sweet little white dogs looking for a loving guardian together.
Wanda is an eight-pound, female Maltese. Manny is a 12-pound Westie/Chihuahua-mix.
These two pooches adore each other but are best as the only pets in the home. They can at times be a bit barky with new dogs or people. So, they are also best in a house versus a condo or apartment building.
Wanda and Manny were dropped off at Chicago Animal Care and Control when their family could no longer care for them. They were a matted mess and needed to be shaved down. They cry for each other when separated, so are looking for a family that could take in both dogs.
They are extremely healthy, spayed/neutered, heartworm-tested, micro-chipped, de-wormed and vaccinated for distemper and rabies. Their adoption fee of $400 as a pair benefits the rescued dogs and cats of FCACC. To meet and possibly adopt this wonderful pair of dogs, please contact their foster mom Charlie at cpropsom@sbcglobal.net or 773-743-5760. They are being fostered in Chicago, Illinois.
