Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Lucy came to the rescue after being abandoned by her family when they moved. She was left in the back yard in a make shift pen with no food or no water and was full blown pregnant. Even though she was pregnant you could count every rib. She was starved for attention and she deserves every bit of the attention she gets now. Lucy had 7 healthy pups and they have all been adopted out and it is Lucy's turn to find a home and a family to call her own. Lucy is fostered in a home with cats and does well. We recommend that Lucy be adopted as the only dog, not because she is aggressive, but because of her past she has anxiety around other dogs and we took Lucy to a trainer and this was recommended. Lucy has been through enough in her short 2 years she has been on this earth - and we know the perfect home is out there for her. She would make a totally excellent hiking companion and then would love to cuddle with you on the couch. Lucy's adoption fee is $250.00 and that includes her spay. vaccines up to date, microchip, deworming, current on heartworm prevention and when adopted she comes with 2 months of heartworm prevention.
