Onyx is a delightful momma cat. She is friendly and playful. Onyx has gorgeous sleek black fur and at just over a year old is still a bit of a kitten herself. She is pictured with one of her babies (showing her affectionate side). Onyx is a typical black cat in that she is very smart. She's smart enough to know that not all kitties get a second chance from a kill shelter. She's also smart enough to know that her furever family is out there somewhere, and she wants very much to find them. She's fond of pets, and long chats. She even will allow you to dress her up in Easter hats (see her pic). :-) All you have to do is tell her you will be her family. She will be so pleased and happy. It's her wish to find a family of her very own.
Onyx is spayed, has tested negative for FIV and Feline Leukemia, has a microchip and is up to date on her shots. The fee to adopt Onxy is $90.00.
Planned PEThood hosts adoption events each week end at several locations. You can meet Onyx on Saturday at the John's Creek Petsmart (Corner of McGinnis Ferry Road and Peachtree Parkway in Suwanee).
Additionally, Planned PEThood has adoptions at the Mall of Georgia Petco (Buford Drive in Buford) and at the Lawrenceville Petsmart (Lawrenceville Suwanee Road at HWY 120 in Lawrenceville).
