Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Cricket was found in an East Harlem Community Garden injured with a broken leg. He was clearly once an inside cat and abandoned by it;s owner - his tenderness and kindness clearly apparent as he was running towards his rescuers and jumping in his lap even he must have been in immense pain.
Cricket underwent surgery and is now recovering in his Foster home. Still on strict "cage rest" , he is showering his foster parent with affection and purring sessions. When being petted he looks into your eyes, tries to give kisses and shows his deepest gratitude for welcoming him into your heart and home!
Cricket will head-butt your extended hand every chance he gets under constantly purring his joy, contentment and relief readily apparent. We can only imagine what a loving affectionate boy he will be if finally recovered and can enjoy free roaming in his future furever home!
Although still quite confined to heal properly it has been apparent that Cricket enjoys playtime to the fullest, loves to play with his foster siblings and may need a very active furry companion to run and jump around with.
He is about 1 year young and in PERFECT health. He negative for FIV/FeLV and any parasites, neutered, fully vaccinated and microchipped!
Cricket will be soon ready for adoption so please inquire about this very handsome and sweet boy who is so deserving of wonderful new life; maybe with you?
