Snickers's Story...
Snickers was found as a stray and never claimed. She's large for a min pin (22 pounds) and has beautiful chocolate fur with caramel highlights. She's a confident girl who obviously had a home at one time, because she marched into her foster's home like she owned the place. She is currently living with 3 large dogs and a small cat. Although she is interested in the cat, she obeys corrections, and there haven't been any run-ins. Just adorable as she prances up and down the halls and lies on her back to get her belly rubbed. She is housetrained and good in the car as well. She sleeps through the night and loves to curl up in a small, snug bed. She would make a great addition to someone's home and family!!!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Snickers, a Clayton Miniature Pinscher dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Miniature Pinscher for sale in Clayton, or seeking a Miniature Pinscher dog from a breeder in Clayton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Clayton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Clayton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Miniature Pinscher breeders who help with Miniature Pinscher rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Clayton paves the way for another one to be saved.
