Hi Everyone, I'm Koby! I was rescued by my former owner when I was just 6 months old. She found me tied to a porch with a prong collar on and little attention was given to me. Since I went home with her, I have lived with 2 cats, a very small dog, a blind and deaf dog and another female Malamute. I was also living with a toddler and at times it was just a little overwhelming for me. So you can see I have been pretty tolerant for a Malamute! I do miss my family and would love an active home with another friendly dog to hang out with.

I really like walks, but I'm a big puller! Looking for a ski or bikejoring partner? That sounds like fun to me! I've got lots of energy to burn and have been told I could stand to lose a few pounds. I'm not reactive to other dogs I see - just interested. I do know a few things like "sit", but I will most definitely need to get a refresher course on all the obedience stuff. I tend to get pretty excited and will jump up at times. I am more calm if I get enough exercise.

I have a beautiful red and white coat and absolutely love to be petted and get lots of attention! I am housetrained, but staying in a boarding kennel now. I'd really LOVE to have a foster or forever home of my own soon! Are you my next best friend?
