Fluffy (Declawed & Spayed)'s Story...
"Fluffy" is a charming senior female Maine Coon kitty who was surrendered by her family on March 26, 2016. When we first met this regal-looking kitty, we thought she was probably a young adult and were surprised when her owner told us that she was actually 13-years 9-months old. "Fluffy" looks and acts like a much younger girl... This little beauty queen has a gray long smooth coat, a long fluffy tail, and a beautiful face with large jade green eyes, a dusting of white on her muzzle, extra-long white whiskers, and exquisite ear furnishings. "Fluffy" is a delightful lady who gets along with children, other cats, and dogs. She weighs 17 lbs. and was so cute to watch as she scampered around the lobby before we took her glamour photos. She could very well be a cat who would wear a harness and walk with her new family. "Fluffy" has already been spayed, and she has also been declawed so she would be required to be an exclusive-indoor only kitty.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Fluffy (Declawed & Spayed), a Marietta Maine Coon cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Maine Coon for sale in Marietta, or seeking a Maine Coon cat from a breeder in Marietta.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Marietta already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Marietta breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Maine Coon breeders who help with Maine Coon rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Marietta paves the way for another one to be saved.
