Hi, My name is Lexus and I am a Diva girl. I came from a home that had too many dogs, so I am interviewing for a new one. You see, I want a new home that will love me and treat me like a queen. I was spayed recently so I won't be having any more "mood swings". Thank goodness, that is over. Girls, you know what I mean. It is no fun when the boys start swarming around.
I am about 2 years old and I weigh 11 pounds. I look much larger because of my beautiful hair. I have a very beautiful thick coat which will require brushing so I always look my best. A girl has to make a good impression, doesn't she?
I like to play with some toys but I don't like to share them with the other dogs. My foster mom says I need to learn to share, but it is a work in progress. I always like to be close to my foster mom and follow her around. If I see her get her car keys, I get very vocal and want to go too. Sometimes she will take me and sometimes not. That's okay if she is going to the vet office because I have had enough of that place for now. I will walk on a leash but it is going to take some practice for me to get really good at it.
My foster mom takes me outside several times a day to go potty and I don't mind as long as she stays outside with me. If she goes in, then I want to go back in with her. She thinks I may have a little bit of separation anxiety since I stick so close to her.
I don't mind the other girls here but the boys get on my nerves. Maybe that is because of the"mood swings" (LOL) but geesh, girls are so much better in my opinion.
