Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Peggy is playful, quiet, polite and friendly, three-year-old, 16-pound, female Dandie Dinmont Terrier looking for a loving guardian.
Peggy loves people and other dogs of all shapes and sizes. She is perfectly housebroken and well-behaved in the home. She loves walks, playing fetch or going on rides in the car.
Peggy bonds quickly and lovingly with her people. She is sensitive and intuitive. She tends to be an expensive pet as she requires daily allergy meds, a special diet and needs to be professionally groomed every couple of months.
Peggy is otherwise healthy, spayed, micro-chipped, up-to-date on vaccines, de-wormed and heartworm-tested. Her adoption fee of $200 benefits the Friends of Chicago Animal Care & Control. To meet and possibly adopt Peggy, please fill in the adoption application at http://www.fcacc.org/adoptable-pets/apply-for-adoption/ and follow up with her foster mom Gretchen at tall_gretchen@yahoo.com
