My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Talia is a very sweet and extremely loving, 50-pound, three-year-old, female Shar Pei / Pug-mix looking for a loving guardian.

She loves people and enjoys giving kisses to her favorite people. She also gets along with select other dogs. She just loves to be loved.

Talia was found as a stray in Chicago. The only thing she is nervous about is being picked up. So, we don’t know what abuse she may have faced earlier in her life. It looks like she may even had a litter of puppies.

Talia’s adoption fee of $300 benefits the rescued pets of Peiland Shar Pei Rescue. She is very healthy, spayed, de-wormed, up-to-date on vaccines, micro-chipped, heartworm-tested and on monthly heartworm preventative. She is currently at the rescue headquarters in Plano, Illinois.
