Hey there folks, I'm CHIP, a young 1 year old black lab...and a darn good lookin one too if I may say so myself. I'm a happy social boy who loves to play and am good with kids. I'm also good and clean with my things. Even though I look like a big boy, I'm still a puppy at heart and still have lots of puppy energy!
Here's what my foster Monday's about me:
"Chip is a typical Lab full of energy who loves the water and swimming and fetching. He is very friendly and loves activity such as walks running and playing and especially swimming. He is a very strong active dog so he is better with older children not young ones as he could easily knock them over in his enthusiasm.
He would love to find someone who would like to spend lots of time with him as he loves attention petting, and belly rubs. He is about a year old and is still in his puppy stage but is full grown. He gets along well with other dogs but tends to want to jump and play rough at times and not all dogs want to play as much as him. He is housetrained and crate trained and loves walks but does pull on the leash and would benefit from leash training. He is a very friendly young dog that has lots of love to give and is looking for a owner who is a leader and is looking for a loving active companion."
I'm hoping for a home with a nice fenced in backyard for me to run about in and a lovely family who will take me on lots of outings (cottage maybe??) and fun times. I'm really looking forward to giving lots of kisses to my new family, hope to meet you soon!
