Chica's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, a special needs pet, up to date with shots, and good with dogs.

Chica's Story...
Chica was dumped at a local shelter by her owner's daughter after her owner passed away. So very sad. She is a 4.5 lb spayed Chihuahua that is approximately 13 years young.

Chica is mellow and LOVES to be with her people, along with being carried and held. She is potty trained and will be happy to let you know when she needs to go out or would like to be fed. There's no doubt she was spoiled in her former life.

Chica has already had a dental, spayed, and vaccinated. We will also be placing a microchip.

She would prefer to be the center of attention and in a home with no children or children over 12. She tolerates other small dogs but does not like cats.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Chica, a Phoenix Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in Phoenix, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Phoenix.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Phoenix already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Phoenix breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Phoenix paves the way for another one to be saved.
