Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Scooter is a 4 year old Jack Russel/Dachshund mix. He is 15lbs of solid muscle! He has the sweetest face and is always in the mood to snuggle. He is full of energy and needs a fenced in yard or pet fence. Scooter loves to play fetch and tug of war. He is able to sit and go to his kennel on command. Scooter tends to attach himself to the adult female in the house weather it's his mom, his nana or a babysitter. Our family has loved Scooter for 3 years. Unfortunately when his mom went back to work when the kids were all in school he became anxious. He is a very social boy and would do well in a home with a stay at home mom or retired person to be with him a lot. Scooter's anxiety has shown through nipping at children (the reason he needs a new home) and marking. Scooter wears a belly band at all times in the house. He would do well in a house with teenage children or no children at all. Please do not hesitate to contact me with questions about Scooter. I am hoping that we can find a home that is a much better fit for him that will love him as we do. $50 rehoming fee. Please call Teri at 630-897-7454.
