My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Apollo is an 8 year old, 65 pound Rottweiler mix. He is a very sweet boy who loves people and ignores cats. He has great house manners. Apollo is low energy inside but enjoys a playful romp in his fenced yard and a good walk.  He loves to be near his people and welcomes an invitation to snuggle on the couch. Apollo’s favorite position is belly up, he is always ready for a belly rub. He also loves to ride in the car and is a very good passenger. Apollo would prefer to be the only dog in his home.
Apollo came into rescue as an owner surrender. He lost him home because of a divorce and was living in less than ideal conditions and had to worry if he was going to get his next meal. He’d like a home with heat, electricity, running water, a fenced yard, and people to love him – all things he was without.
Apollo is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, heartworm tested, just has his teeth cleaned, microchipped and housetrained.
