Arrival story: Sonny and Cher were an owner surrender to the humane society by their original owners, who were ill and could no longer care for them. Waggin' Tails promised to find this bonded pair a loving new family, .

Sonny: 8 years old / 18 lbs.
Cher: 10 years old / 14 lbs.
Personality: Sonny and Cher are wonderful, loving dogs who are quiet, but love to interact and be close to you! They are adorable when play and wrestle together, and they just love going for short walks and being outdoors! Both are terrific companions, and are well-mannered and friendly.
Sonny is very affectionate and is especially fond of men. He appreciates attention and will response with purr-like grunts while being petted.
Cher is a total lovebug, who will melt in your arms and cuddle. She likes playing with toys, and she especially likes when you play fetch with her. She is always sweet and pleasant. Cher had her left eye removed, but that doesn't stop this playful and fun girl!
Forever Home: Sonny and Cher have lived together for most of their lives and are bonded, so we are seeking a family who will keep them together. They would do well in a home with no children or older children. Ideally, they would be fabulous constant companions in a home with retired individuals. Short daily walks for this dynamic duo are a must as they love to investigate what's going on in the great outdoors! They are just the most adorable twosome. They will not ask for much and they will give back so much in return!

ADOPTION INFO:
We do not have a facility; all of our dogs are fostered in private homes. We generally have two adoption events per month. To meet a dog in person, please see our event calendar on our website for the date and time of the next adoption event. Arrangements can be made to meet a dog outside of Saturday adoption events after an application is submitted and approved.
Our adoption process includes an application and in-home meet-n-greet with the dog.
-Adult Dog Adoption Fee - $225
-Small Breed Adoption Fee - $275
-Senior Dog Adoption Fee - $125
-Pup Adoption Fee - $250 plus $50 spay/neuter deposit refunded upon proof of surgery by 6 mos.
