My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Daffodil is the the cutest little girl with a sweet and kind personality! At just about 9 months old and approximately 10 lbs (such a great age and size - old enough to be done with babyish behavior and ready to be a devoted and bonded companion that can go anywhere a great little dog is allowed).

Daffy got a great temperament report with her rescuer noting that she is such a sweet girl that gets along perfectly with other dogs, cats and gentle children. Daffodil's rescuer said it the best...I rescued Daffy because she was in great need. Now, it's more than that...I love her because she's kind and brave in light of all she's been through. She has this wisdom about her for such a young dog. She looks up at me with those amazing eyes that tell a thousand stories and I'm completely in love! She became my special girl...I know Farfel's will find the MOST special home for this gentle spirit!

Daffodil is everything a family could possibly want in any dog. She is so low-key (well...maybe that's only compared to my 3 crazy dogs) She was so wonderful with my cat and the other dogs (she definitely stood out as the most sensible of the 4) and the activity of the 3 kids didn't bother this sweet girl at all. She happily gave them love and hugs...but then respectfully laid down with her chew toy.

Walks have been great with this little dog...there are no worries about aggression toward other dogs or running children...only a wagging tail for everyone along the route. Finally I went to work in my home office. Daffy curled up on my lap with a smile on her face. She kept me company all day - talk about a best friend, they don't come much more loving or respectful! This girl will make a great companion for any kind and loving family!

Farfel's has requested that Daffodil be spayed prior to her transport to Denver to fulfill our commitment to zero population growth. Unfortunately, we have our doubts that this will occur. Farfel's will be happy to cover all costs for Daffy's spay and microchip if our Denver vet is used.

Daffodil will arrive on transport in Denver on Saturday 2/25/17. If interested in this cuddly and sweet best friend, please fill out an application at http://farfelsrescue.com/adoption/ and submit to farfelsapps@gmail.com or fax to 303-443-7730.
