Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Minker, The Stinker, is definitely a favorite at Home Fur Good. Why would we call this 18-pound six-year-old a Stinker? Not because it is an insult, to be sure! Minker has a great sense of humor and he is always ready for anyone to take him on any sort of adventure. The best part about Minker is that a trip from his kennel to the lobby of the shelter is going to be the best trip of his life. He is such a stinker because he will make you smile and laugh even when you do not want to. Minker is a Chihuahua mix with the agility skills of an antelope. He is able to leap a four-foot wall in a single bound; what a stinker! Minker is great with other dogs and loves to play with his doggie friends. He also likes to unwind by hanging out in a nice warm lap. He is the perfect combination of playful entertainer and snuggly lapdog. Remember, Minker is a Chihuahua, and he does like to push buttons and boundaries. Minker did take Basic Obedience back in the summer of 2017 and it may be a good idea to give him a refresher course. He would do best with an experienced Chihuahua owner who will not let him get away with shenanigans. The adoption fee is $150 and includes spaying/neutering, age-appropriate vaccinations, microchipping, and a free wellness visit at Phoenix Mountain Animal Hospital. Our adoption hours are Thursday-Saturday from 11:00 am-4:00 pm.
