Arrival story: Jade's family asked Waggin' Tails to find her another home that will be a better fit. .

Personality: Jade is a very sweet girl who loves to cuddle and give kisses- once she gets to know you. She is shy and timid at first, and takes a bit of time to warm up. She is currently in a foster home with another dog and does great! Another dog in the home helps Jade with her shyness and fear. Jade attends doggy daycare and is very friendly with other dogs.

Jade looks like a border collie; however, her DNA test results show a lot of different breeds.

Jade has a lot of energy (at just a little over one year old) and loves to run in the fenced yard and play with her canine pal. She enjoys riding in the car and going for walks. She is currently working on loose-leash walking at canine school. Jade is both house and crate trained. Jade is a smart girl who knows her basic commands (sit, stay, and lay down) and is working on extending her abilities through her training class.

Forever home: Jade really enjoys romping with other dogs, so a family with a confident, friendly dog is a must. A confident dog pal will help Jade build her confidence. Our shy girl is seeking a patient family who has had experience with shy dogs and who is willing to work with her through her shyness of new people and places. Jade is an active girl and would love to join you in your walks/runs and lot of playtime. A physical fence required. No electric fences, please.
