My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Jagalu is a 3 year old boy who absolutely loves attention and being petted, and was rescued from living outside in the bitter cold.

He's now in a loving foster home with his 8 month old "foster sister" Baloo.

Jagalu is recovering nicely from a partial tail amputation (3rd vertebrae to the tip).
His tail was injured when he was living outside and he must have been in terrible pain.He is on the mend now and is neutered and is ready for his permanent home.

Jagalu takes some time to warm up to new places and people, but once he's comfortable, he loves attention from humans!
Right now he loves to have his foster mom pet him for hours, and loves to crawl into her lap, or be lifted into her lap so that he can enjoy even more cuddles and pets.

He can often be found napping in the bathroom sink, where Baloo sometimes joins him.
You may also see him standing with his paws on the oven door, meowing while trying to see into the mysterious oven.

Baloo and Jagalu would love to be adopted together, since they love each other very much.

This bonded pair of cats went through a great deal when they were living outside in the same area. Jagalu tried his best to protect Baloo in the wild, and now that they're safe in a foster home together, he still keeps an eye on her all the time, but he can finally relax and just enjoy her company.

These cats were separated for a while, but when Baloo joined Jagalu in their foster home, she ran to him and wrapped her arms around him in a hug, and stayed like that for hours.

Now they spend countless hours cuddling, grooming each other, and sitting with their Baloo's paws on top of Jagalu's, seemingly holding hands.

They clearly love each other very much, and when Baloo leaves Jagalu's sight, he sometimes cries until she comes back or he spots her again.

Baloo and Jagalu both get along with other friendly cats, and both get along well with the other cat in their foster home.

These cats would do best in a home where they could have some time to adjust to the new environment without too much chaos, and would be very happy to have another cat around.

Jagalu would do best in a home without young children.
