My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Glyn and her mother were rescued from outside.
A few days later, her brother Cadogan was found, dehydrated, scared and hungry but very happy to be reunited with his mom and sister in their foster home.
Glyn is skittish and wary of humans, but is challenging that daily and is making great strides.
When she first arrived at her foster home, she refused to come out
of her mom's carrier, but eventually started leaving it to go into the pen to play with her foster brother Kingston.
After a couple days, Kingston convinced her that the kitchen outside of the pen was lots of fun to play in, and she now is usually found doing bunny hops and kitten side jumps around the kitchen while chasing her foster brother down.

Glyn cautiously allows petting while she is eating (she's shy about hands sometimes when she's not distracted),
and sometimes wanders up to her foster mom for light pets and to play
Sometimes, she gets too ambitious and climbs up on top of something just a bit too tall for her to feel comfortable jumping down from, and in those moments, she is fine with
being scooped up by her foster mom and gently snuggled before being put back down to safe ground.
Approaching her outside of those moments usually results in her running back into the carrier, but she comes back out just as quickly.
Glyn has discovered the window and enjoys looking out of it, even though all the passing cars and people tend to make her a little nervous.
While looking out the window, she is fine with her foster mom petting her and with leaning against her foster mom for extra support.
For the window, she is completely at ease with using her foster mom as an elevator and is not at all scared.
Her confidence is constantly building, and she is a very adorable and sweet little kitten.

She loves to play with toys and the other kittens, and every day she is a little more accepting and a little less scared of the humans.
She needs patience and gentle interaction, and it would be best if she not go to a house with small children because sudden movements and noises
scare her.

Glyn would also benefit from having a confident and friendly feline companion in her new home, as she relies on the confidence of another cat to feel secure.
Glyn is still very small and needs to be fattened up some, but a Kitten Hold Agreement can be signed by suitably qualified adopters
*****Please bear in mind that it is against Abbey Cat policy to adopt a single kitten under the age of 6 months to a home without a kitten of similar age for company.******
