Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Leo is a one-year-old, sweet and playful, one-year-old, male cross-eyed brown tabby with a delightful disposition looking for a loving guardian.
Leo is very affectionate and playful with people; he also gets along with other cats after an introduction period. He would be fine on his own, but probably happier with other cats. He’s currently sharing a room at the shelter with two other cats. I don’t know if he’s ever met a dog.
Leo was rescued from Chicago Animal Care and Control after he was relinquished for accidentally scratching a baby. He loves frolicking with his catnip toys and enjoys splashing in his water bowl. He’s great on his exercise “One Wheel.”
Leo is healthy, micro-chipped, neutered, up-to-date on vaccines and virus-tested negative. He is currently being treated for an eye infection. He has all his claws and uses a scratching post.
If you are interested in meeting and possibly adopting Leo please fill out CARE’s online adoption survey:

His adoption fee of $150 benefits the rescued pets of CARE.
Leo is currently at CARE’s facility on the north side of Chicago.
