Lacy's Story...
Lacy is as traditional calico as you can get with my white, orange and black markings! I was trapped with my momma on 4/27/17 when I was 2 weeks old and have been a Pistol ever since. I was the first kitten to be doing kitty chin ups on the shelve in my cage and I really love playing with my brother Lars. He may play rough, but I like it! Foster momma says I am friendly and outgoing and not shy in the slightest, and although she has not yet caught it on film, I am renowned for doing the "prarie dog", where I sit up on my hind legs looking for my next adventure! DOB 4/12/17

Adoption fee is a minimum $90 per kitten donation to Feral Fixers . All cats are up to date on shots, microchipped, dewormed, fixed, and felv/fiv negative. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lacy, a Lombard Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Lombard, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Lombard.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Lombard already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Lombard breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Lombard paves the way for another one to be saved.
