Hi! I'm Koda! I'm looking for my new, true and loving forever home! Yes, I'm a beauty! I have an adorable nub tail! I'm approx. 4 years old and approx. 70 pounds(7/30). I'm extremely sweet, loving, friendly and playful once I get to know you. I'm a skittish dog and would do best with one human or a couple with no children. It takes me a moment to trust someone but, once I do, I'm your loyal best friend for life! You'll see how wonderful I am in my video! I love to play with other dogs and enjoy a good squeaky toy. I haven't been tested with cats and I'm too skittish to be around kids. They tend to be wide open and loud and that scares me. I'm highly intelligent and mind well, inside. I'm house trained. I really enjoy being petted and loved on. I like to sleep in my crate or preferably, with my human. I'm a very active dog and will need an active human. We could go for walks, running, hiking, etc. I would love to have a home with a big fenced in yard so I can stretch my legs and put my ears in the wind. I will need an owner that is patient and has time to work with me and socialize me. I will blossom into the perfect dog with the right owner. I love to go for car rides and ride well. I bark when a stranger pulls up to the house. If you're looking for an active dog that is very loyal and you can give a better life to, then look no further! All pets come with up-to-date vaccines, deworming, microchip, and health certificate from veterinarian within 48-72 hrs of transport. All pets come from NC/VA (our euthanasia rate is approx 85%) and must be quarantined (to ensure health) prior to leaving the state. We go ahead and post them in hopes of them having a home ready and waiting for them to go, once their quarantine period is over. We also adopt into Canada.
