Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Mia is a gorgeous two-year-old, 45-pound affectionate and energetic Boxer/Am Staff-mix looking for a loving home. Mia loves car rides, rawhides, treats, tennis balls, giving kisses and sitting in your lap. Sadly, Mia lost her 27-year-old mom to an accidental prescription drug overdose. Her mom, a public school teacher and long-time PAWS Chicago volunteer, had found her as a stray on the streets of Chicago. Mia has been professionally trained in boot camp, so whoever adopts her can continue her training at no additional charge. Mia is house-trained, comes with her own crate, and already knows the commands sit, down, stay, heel and dance like a princess. Mia does have a few dog friends, but does not get along with cats. Mia is looking for a dog-experienced, all-adult household to continue her training and keep her active and well-exercised. Whoever adopts her will have a loyal and loving friend for life. Mia is extremely healthy, spayed, up-to-date on vaccines, micro-chipped, heartworm-tested and on preventative. To meet and possibly adopt Mia, please contact Susan at sarrobin@sbcglobal.net or Kira at 773-484-7818. Mia's adoption fee is $200.
