My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Mittens had a happy life until her human Dad died and Mom had to move to senior living, where she couldn’t have a pet. Luckily, Mittens found a foster family to love and care for her until she finds her forever home.

She is a polydactyl, with extra “thumbs” on her front and back feet and big, gorgeous green eyes. She knows that makes her special and expects lots of attention and love, but it is not the most special thing about her. She is very regal and independent, but if she chooses you to be her person, you will feel honored.

She needs a home without too much noise where she can watch birds out the window and sit by you at your desk. She would prefer her own room with a window, to get used to a new home. She loves to greet you and get plenty of attention and petted.

She gets along OK with other cats and tolerates well-behaved dogs. She needs to be treated with the respect and affection a princess deserves. A can of Fancy Feast daily also keeps this pretty girl happy and feeling pampered. This sweet girl just needs a home where she will not be stressed by too many people or pets. Please consider taking this deserving lady into your heart and home.
