My story

Work! Work! I'm Eliza Schulyer Hamilcat and I've been a phenomenal role model for my fellow #HamiltonFelines litter. My sibs Angelica, Theodosia and Aaron Purr were feral and in need of someone to teach them how to cat. I'd been found by a good Sam (with Alexander) and our foster mom introduced our litters. I love to snuggle and purr and soon taught my sibs that humans can be trusted. Now, I'm ready to tell my story and find my legacy with your family.

We do our best to ensure that all of the PetPromise pets and their new owners are the perfect match, so the adoption process includes a mandatory home visit; for that reason, adoptions outside Franklin County, Ohio and contiguous counties may not be possible.

PETPROMISE DOES NOT HAVE A SHELTER. Our pets are housed in volunteer foster homes while awaiting adoption.

PETPROMISE HAS NO PAID STAFF. The people processing applications are volunteers with full-time jobs and families, so it may be several days before you receive a response to your application.
