My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

August is BOTH Pretty and fun! Loves to yodel to you when she is happy and for her treats! Gets along with most all dogs and loves to PLAY!!! She's always up for a game of fetch and will chase tennis balls until the cows come home. Was found as a stray in San Fernando nearly starved to death. She begged our volunteers to let her in the car which of course they did! After searching for her home- in case she had simply gotten out - it was to no avail. She has been emotionally beaten down from being alone and on the streets, but through proper nutrition, love and time her heart has healed into a wonderful fun bouncing ball of joy. She would love hiking, running, the beach, loves to play in our doggie pools. Medium size about 50 pounds. Spayed and up to date on shots.
