Cleo von Carlsberg's Story...
Cleo von Carlsberg is a beautiful 12 month old German Shepherd with a hint of Collie maybe. Cleo is such a sweet girl, it's hard to believe that she isn't in a home cuddling up to a family right now. She is still a little shy, though you can tell she wants to love and be loved. She is medium size and could stand to gain a few pounds, in addition to confidence. We have a good feeling that once Cleo knows that her new family means no harm, she will be their inseperable, loyal, lifetime friend.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Cleo von Carlsberg, a Los Angeles German Shepherd Dog/Collie dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog/Collie for sale in Los Angeles, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog/Collie dog from a breeder in Los Angeles.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Los Angeles already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Los Angeles breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog/Collie breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog/Collie rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Los Angeles paves the way for another one to be saved.
