Freddy von Sayers - PETITE's Story...
Freddy von Sayers is an adorable 12 month old German Shepherd mix. He is a perfect looking German Shepherd in every respect except for his size. When we first rescued Freddy we thought he would grow into a smaller adult size, but Freddy has stayed at 35 pounds. He will just always look like a German Shepherd puppy but he is now full grown. Freddy loves other dogs and loves to play. He also loves the company of children, he doesn’t need to be in a family with children but it is always nice to know a dog is reliable with children. He is housebroken and has good house manners. Freddy will do well in almost any situation.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Freddy von Sayers - PETITE, a Los Angeles German Shepherd Dog puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in Los Angeles, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog puppy from a breeder in Los Angeles.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Los Angeles already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Los Angeles breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Los Angeles paves the way for another one to be saved.
