Broseph is one brave puppy. He was saved from the euthanasia list at the pound with his momma and 3 siblings. He was the first puppy out of the kennel when they started to walk, the first puppy out of the x-pen and the first puppy to take the adventure outside. He and his siblings are already learning to come and to sit; he is catching on very quickly. He is a very smart boy. He sometimes just sits watches all his siblings and other dogs playing or peers up at us with his almond shaped eyes trying to figure out what we are thinking.
Broseph is a Pit-bull / American bulldog mix and as such will grow up to be a fairly large dog 60-80 lbs. We are looking for a forever home that understands that owning a large bully breed like a Pit-Bull is a big responsibility. We expect his forever home go above and beyond normal training in order to set a good example for the breed. Once adopted Broseph must attend training classes so he can grow up to be a well-mannered adult.
Broseph and his siblings will not be available for adoption until after they are spayed and neutered. We are estimating that will happen in mid February when they are between 14 and 18 weeks old. They were born on Nov 7th 2009. They are currently living with our two dogs and our cat. They have not been around children but if you accept that they are going to be big dogs they will be fine around children.
