Skyler von Rowley's Story...
Skyler von Rowley is the sweetest 18 month old German Shepherd. We rescued her from the shelter with her puppies just in the nick of time. Although she was an excellent mommy to her pups, she's pretty much done with motherhood. She's on the shy side at first with people but if you're patient with her and show her some love, she warms up to you and will give you kisses. She definitely gets attached to people who show her kindness. Skyler is a smaller shepherd, she weighs around 50 pounds or so, she's a cutie in a smaller package. She seems to like her crate and settles in for the ride when she's transported anywhere. Come meet her and see what an endearing soul she is.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Skyler von Rowley, a Los Angeles German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in Los Angeles, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Los Angeles.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Los Angeles already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Los Angeles breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Los Angeles paves the way for another one to be saved.
