Milo's Story...
Milo is a rare orange tabby girl with a gorgeous medium haired-coat.
She is shy at first, but quickly warms up to her surroundings and is a real laid back kitty with a sweet personality. To keep her figure she enjoys playing chase and capture the toy or catching the feather-on-a-string game. Aerobic racing and jumping up and off the bed are also part of her repertoire. Next, a few yoga cat stretches and nail grooming on the scratching post. After a good workout, it's time for some grooming. Milo is meticulous about licking every hair into place. And that includes the fur growing between her paws. As she has lots of lovely fur, she would prefer an owner who also enjoys brushing her. She shows her appreciation with purrs, especially after a gentle scratch-massage on her head. After all that work, it's time for a nap. Curled up, front paws stretched out, all comfy. And if you rub her belly ever so gently she will roll over onto her back and stretch right out. While she is not a lap cat, she'll soak up all the love you have to offer and insists on hanging out in whatever room you're in. All she wants is a forever home. Are you that person? About Our Rescue Group...
Abbey Cat Adoptions is a registered Canadian charity dedicated to finding permanent homes for unwanted cats and kittens throughout the Greater Toronto Area. Each year, ACA rescues cats from outdoor environments and overcrowded shelters.
Our cats live in a network of volunteer foster homes throughout the GTA until they are adopted into suitable, loving homes; we do not have a shelter. We are not government funded and we have no paid staff; we rely exclusively on the generosity of like-minded animal lovers to fund our program.
