Mingtoi is a sweet, gentle soul. He is the "gentle" in gentleman. Mingtoi is a gorgeous 2 year old seal point traditional Siamese. He is very timid, but not at all temperamental. Once you win his confidence, he will cuddle and lick and head-butt and purr, and talk to you in his soft, chirping voice. He was, for some incomprehensible reason, surrendered to a high kill shelter. His previous owner had him de-clawed but not neutered. He is now neutered but still a handsome ladies man. He likes other cats and is gentlemanly in his is approach to them. He is losing his timidity in his foster home, and has been cuddling, exploring the room and playing with a ball. At first he often ran back to his "safe place" (a cat bed in the corner behind heavy curtains) but got bolder as his trust grew and now often meets his foster mom at the door when she comes into his room. His new home needs to be quiet and stable, and his owner(s) willing to be patient while Mingtoi gains confidence in a new environment. He wants to be loved, so the transition should not take very long. With his gorgeous coloring, magnificent eyes and sweet disposition, he will bewitch you in a minute.
