Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Flutter came to us with Scarlett. She is a black and white papillon and approx 8-10 pounds. She is probably about 6-7 years old. She is in much better condition than Scarlett, probably because she is younger and hasn't been bred as often. Flutter also came from a backyard breeder and has not had the best of care or even the greatest life. She was most likely confined and used for breeding also. I am told that Flutter is food aggressive with other dogs but I have not witnessed that behavior yet. If so, we will be working with her on that. It wouldn't be surprising if she were since she may have had to fight for food or may not even have been fed regularly. I was also told that she will gorge herself on food-another sign that she may have had some bad feeding experiences. Flutter seems to get along with other dogs otherwise, was fine with my 11 year old daughter but we do not know about cats. She is NOT housebroken and her new owners will have to be prepared for some accidents and some training(consistent). More than likely, she spent her life confined to a cage so she is ready for a change. Flutter needs a family to show her what being a spoiled lap dog is all about. Flutter's adoption fee is $250 to help us cover her vetting, spay and care while with us. Please e-mail your adoption application and interest in Flutter! NO PHONE CALLS WILL BE ACCEPTED!
