Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Foxy is a very beautiful four-year-old, 40-pound (chubby), female Shetland Sheepdog aka Sheltie looking for a loving guardian. Foxy is a very affectionate, loving and gentle dog. She is well behaved in the home and is completely housebroken. Foxy doesn’t have much of a bark. I’m not sure if she has been de-barked or whether she’s just a quiet girl. She has always lived with other dogs and is wonderful with them. She knows the commands sit, down and shake, takes treats very gently from your fingers, and even has some agility training! She is a typical nervous and shy Sheltie who prefers a quiet home with patient dog-lovers to help her become a more confident dog. She is looking for an adult-only home; children make her nervous. To meet and possibly adopt her, please contact her foster mom Samantha at palsplace1@hotmail.com or 773-615-9864. Her adoption fee of $250 benefits the rescued dogs of Pal’s Place. Foxy is healthy, spayed, de-wormed, up-to-date on vaccines, heartworm-tested, and micro-chipped.
