Lexi's Story...
Lexi...Female...Boxer mix...DOB 4/2010...Contact

Lexi is a beautiful, big (70 lbs.), bouncy Boxer mix who is free with her kisses. She is energetic and happy and needs an active family and a home with room to run and play. She is a sweetheart - has never met a stranger and loves children, but may be too lively for tiny ones. When properly introduced, she is great with other dogs. She is house and crate trained, knows basic obedience commands and would enjoy further training. Lexi is current on vaccinations, spayed and heartworm negative and on preventive and ready to shower you with kisses! Contact

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lexi, a Kingwood Boxer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer for sale in Kingwood, or seeking a Boxer dog from a breeder in Kingwood.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Kingwood already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Kingwood breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer breeders who help with Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Kingwood paves the way for another one to be saved.
