Here's what the humans have to say about me:
My husband has a good friend (Jack) who is being moved to an assisted living facility in Apache Junction February 11th.
Cassie is a shy, easy going girl who LOVES her dad......but sadly.....Jack will not be allowed to bring Cassie with him. They've been together now for 2 years.
She would be great with a nice older couple or a single gentleman or lady that could welcome a sweet and gentle companion?
Cassie is a mix (corgi/dachshund) about 30 pounds. She has a pretty golden coat (she went to the groomers regularly) and beautiful big eyes. Her legs are short like a corgi.......she is crate trained, house broken, loves car rides, and enjoys a couple of walks each day......she is attached to her people, so a dog park is not really necessary for her to be happy. She can share space with other dogs (she was previously in a home with another dog)... but the perfect situation for her would surely be a quieter home. If not a retired couple or single person, perhaps someone who is home more than away.
She about 5 years old.
