Estimated Date of Birth: April 9, 2010
Female Kitten - SPAYED
Short Haired Tortoiseshell

Hi there! Im Sophia and I came to Tigerlily Cat Rescue after I was rushed into the emergency vet very ill. I had one baby, but experienced trouble with the others, and ended up losing all of them and requiring surgery. I took on 5 little bottle baby orphan kittens too, along with my sweet little one. I have been a fantastic mom, and would love now to find that purrfect family to call my own!! Do you have room in your heart and home for a sweet little gal like me?

Love, Sophia

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sophia - ADOPTED!, a Sterling Heights Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Sterling Heights, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Sterling Heights.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Sterling Heights already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Sterling Heights breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Sterling Heights paves the way for another one to be saved.
