Kama Lele's Story...
http://www.valleydogs.org/KamaLele.html -- I was found wandering on some railroad tracks in Phoenix, it was very hot. I was very hungry and thirsty. A very kind woman picked me up , gave me food water and shelter in her car. We spent several nights in her car and days in the park under trees for shade.
It became evident to my rescuer that living in her car was not a good situation for me, she reluctantly called a shelter, Valley Dogs Dogs stepped up and took me in. I am now living in a home with several other dogs. I am loved , have food water and a cool place to rest. I am a great little girl and so very happy all the time. I love laps and walks and food and treats and my foster brothers.

Won't you please come and meet me I will keep your lap warm and your heart full of love and happiness.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Kama Lele, a Gilbert Cocker Spaniel dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Cocker Spaniel for sale in Gilbert, or seeking a Cocker Spaniel dog from a breeder in Gilbert.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Gilbert already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Gilbert breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Cocker Spaniel breeders who help with Cocker Spaniel rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Gilbert paves the way for another one to be saved.
