Hello my name is Darby and i am a quite small for my breed mix , but I make it up with my big heart! I am super friendly and love playing with other dogs and Kit Kats! I am very loyal and follow my foster mother everywhere she goes! I am a little sensitive and really would love to be adopted by a family with no other dogs. I do very well with other dogs but sometimes, I feel as though I get lost in the shuffle and get sad. So it would be my wish if I was your only pup. I promise I will be the light and joy of your life. I am happiest being with you and going on walks or running around at the dog park. I am extremely socialized , as my foster mom has introduced me to many situations, animals, places, and people. In fact, I am a great traveling companion and have traveled ,a handful of of times, back and forth with her from Phoenix, Az to Los Angeles, Ca. I love being in the back seat of her car where I love sleeping and chewing on my toys. I love going on hikes as well, as I am an avid explorer and sniffer.
I am potty trained and have been crated trained by my foster mom. I am so excited to meet you! You can come visit me and hopefully I can go home with you!!!

Rescue Group Info...
We are a pending non-profit, no-kill rescue organization dedicated to rescuing and rehoming adoptable cats and dogs. We have over 40 years of combined rescue experience and knowledge.
We do not have a kennel / shelter type of facility. We believe the most effective and successful way to match families and pets is to foster them in our own homes. Ultimately fostering our rescue animals in homes rather than a kennel environment allows us to give you complete information on the pet's behavior and how well he / she will fit with your family and lifestyle.
At Valley Dogs we make every effort to place the right animal in the right home. To aid in this goal, we use trained Adoption Consultants to help you select the best match for your lifestyle. You will meet with an Adoption Consultant and discuss your lifestyle, activity level, expectations, likes/dislikes, and past experiences with animals. Your consultant will then recommend the best match for your family and your lifestyle.
