Toby (aka Rhombus)'s Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, in need of an experienced adopter, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Toby (aka Rhombus)'s Story...
Rhombus was found as a stray. During his time in his temporary housing, he lived with a Pit Bull and cats, as well as children ages 1 to 19. The surrendering party said that he got along well with everyone. He does not respond well to rough handling and takes a little time to warm up to new people. In his current Foster Home he is getting along great with the 2 pitbulls and seems to be happy, active little guy who likes to run around the yard, play fetch and really enjoys his squeaky toys. He's a bit of a cuddle bug too. Even though before being fostered, he was kept outside only. . he is making great progress with his housetraining.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Toby (aka Rhombus), a Rancho Cordova Jack Russell Terrier/Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Jack Russell Terrier/Chihuahua for sale in Rancho Cordova, or seeking a Jack Russell Terrier/Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Rancho Cordova.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Rancho Cordova already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Rancho Cordova breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Jack Russell Terrier/Chihuahua breeders who help with Jack Russell Terrier/Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Rancho Cordova paves the way for another one to be saved.
