Bo's Story...
http://www.valleydogs.org/cp_bo.html -- Hi, I am Bo!

Bo is a 90 lb Siberian Husky whom I need to place because my new family is alergic to dogs and I am moving with no place to keep him.

I got him as a puppy and he will be nine years old in September. Bo is in great health (has had regular, at least annual, vet visits) and is still very playful and active. Bo gets along very well with people (including children) and other dogs (not sure about cats).

Bo has been to adoption events and does quite well. He is a gentle giant that would love an active family. He is used to being in the wilderness with his dad on work outings.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bo, a Gilbert American Eskimo Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Eskimo Dog for sale in Gilbert, or seeking a American Eskimo Dog dog from a breeder in Gilbert.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Gilbert already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Gilbert breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Eskimo Dog breeders who help with American Eskimo Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Gilbert paves the way for another one to be saved.
