Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Andie is a gorgeous, lovable, sweet and puppyish two-year-old, 35-pound, female, brindle and white pit bull terrier-mix looking for a loving guardian. Andie was found tied to a fence in an abandoned lot on the south side of Chicago. Her tail has a kink in it … not sure if it was broken, whether she was born that way, or whether someone tried to dock it? She wags her funny little tail a lot!
Andie is a total love bug who is full of kisses for her people. She’s a super snuggler! She can be selective about the dogs she wants to hang with, but she appears to prefer male dogs. She has not been cat – tested. She’s very calm and quiet in the home. She sleeps in a dog bed right beside her foster mom’s bed. Andie listens well but would do best with someone willing to commit to training classes. She already knows the commands sit and stay, and takes treats very gently from your fingers. Her favorite treat is a frozen peanut butter Kong.
She loves to play ball, go on walks and enjoys car rides. Andie is housebroken and crate-trained. To meet and possibly adopt Andie, please contact Amy at amysusanbrennan@aol.com or 773-727-9340. Her adoption fee of $200 benefits Chicagoland Bully Breed Rescue. Andie is extremely healthy, de-wormed, spayed, up-to-date on vaccines, micro-chipped, heartworm-tested and on monthly preventative. She is being fostered in the Edgewater neighborhood in Chicago.
