Diamonds in the Ruff Pound Pups

Diamonds in the Ruff Pound Pups is an all-volunteer, 501(c)3 non-profit rescue group that rescues animals from kill shelters as well as stray, abandoned, injured, and neglected animals throughout Obion County in NW TN. If any of these dogs is a pet you lost, please contact the rescue. The rescue will not return a dog to you unless you can provide proof of ownership including photos of you with your pet, veterinary records showing you provided state-required rabies vaccinations and other routine care, and you must pay any and all veterinary and boarding expenses incurred by the rescue during the time they cared for your lost pet.

If you are not ready to adopt at this time, please consider fostering a pet, even for just a week. You will be saving a life!

All of our pets would welcome a donation toward their care until they find a forever home. You may donate at www.paypal.com to unicorn47@charter.net or by mailing a check to Diamonds in the Ruff Pound Pups, c/o Sandra Blair, PO Box 62, Union, City, TN 38281. Thank you for your kindness and generosity.

Additional adoption info

Our adoption fee is $200. This fee helps to cover part of the cost of basic veterinary care, age-appropriate vaccinations, heartworm and fecal tests, spay or neuter and microchip. If a dog has required medical care above and beyond the norm, the adoption fee could be higher. Fees are sometimes lower for certain dogs, so please inquire. If we are unable to arrange for volunteer transport for adoptions outside our area, it may be necessary for us to arrange for paid transport at a cost of approximately $140. Completion of an adoption application as well as a veterinarian reference is required. Our online adoption application can be found at www.adoptapet.com/TnDiamonds-in-the-Ruff/adoption-application/. We also have a paper application which you can obtain by emailing donnadeaner@gmail.com. Thanks for your interest in adopting a Diamonds Dog!
