Additional adoption info
In order to assure that the Saint Bernard you are interested in adopting is best suited to your lifestyle, and that it will be placed in a loving environment that is compatible with its needs, you will need to complete an adoption application. Prior to submitting your application, we ask that you read, and fully understand, the terms of our adoption contract. Once we receive the application, the process begins. If you are interested in adopting a particular dog, please note that on the application. We would like to get the ball rolling as soon as we receive your application. We will check both personal and veterinary references. We will also perform a home visit. The average time from start to finish may take up to 2 weeks. We strive to place our Saints quickly but not carelessly so all applications will be reviewed thoroughly. Our adoption fee is $350. This fee covers the necessary veterinary related cost to ready the Saint for adoption and the cost to feed and house the Saints while in rescue. They are sterilized, fully vaccinated, heartworm and parasite free, and micro-chipped for identification.
