Rescue FAQs

I am Jennifer Spencer and I am the founder and President of Nebraska Boston Terrier Rescue. I started rescuing in 1998. Many of our dogs would be euthanized if we were not here to take them. I enjoy being that person that makes the difference between life and death for our dogs.
We serve mainly the States of Nebraska, Iowa, Missouri, Kansas, Wyoming, Minnesota, Colorado and South Dakota.

Additional adoption info

The Adoption process starts with filling out an application (one can be found at www.rescueaboston.com). We then check references and do a home visit. A fence is required. When adoption takes place there is an adoption contract to be signed and a fee to pay. The average adoption fee is $300.
