Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This precious tiny girl is Moxie. She is a 5.5 pound 10 year old long haired Chihuahua. Moxie is a social little girl and loves people and attention. Moxie does well with other dogs and would not have a problem sharing her home with a cat. She loves going for walks, she may have short little legs but she trots along pretty quickly. Because Moxie is a tiny girl, her forever home should have no children under 10 and no large dogs.

Moxie was found by accident. A woman in southern Iowa was getting into her car one morning and heard a noise coming from beside her garage. She investigated and found that someone had dumped Moxie in a trash can. She scooped her out and called the police who got Moxie to us. Moxie was in sad shape and weighed just 3.6 pounds. Every bone in her body was sticking out. Moxie has thrived in her foster home and gained almost 2 pounds! Moxie has a cataract starting in one of her eyes so her vision isn’t 20/20 anymore, it doesn’t slow her down a bit.

Moxie is housetrained, spayed, up to date on vaccinations, heartworm tested, and microchipped.
