Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Koko is a BEAUTIFUL 5 year old female Miniature Schnauzer! She is in need of a new home due to the fact her parents are in the military and are being ordered overseas. Unfortunately, they cannot take her because she would not survive the flight. They are very sad that they need to rehome her but this is what is best for her. Koko is gentle, mellow, and people-friendly. She is spayed, housetrained, vetted, and microchipped. She is blind in her left eye (requiring eye drops to keep it lubricated) from osteonecrosis and has a small wound under her eye that requires daily cleaning. This is due to radiation treatment she had 3 years ago for cancer she had in her mouth, which effectively removed the cancer, but left her with the osteonecrosis. We are looking for a loving special needs home who can give her the care she needs. Her parents are flying out on November 20th so we are really in need of finding her a home soon!!
