My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

ADOPTION FEE WAIVED with APPROVED APPLICATION. www.safehaventn.com

Where do I start with Mr. Frankie Hudson? Ok he is super cute and that face will get you every time, trust me!

If you are a one dog only type of family who wants a affectionate little dynamo who will bring you laughter and joy, this is your guy!

Frankie is in an indoor / outdoor kennel and is potty trained with the doggy door to go in and out. He LOVES toys.

Have no idea what his mix is, if I had to guess I would say some frenchie and pocket pittie .. but that is pure speculation. I can tell you he is a velcro dog and will literally be underfoot because he loves just that unconditionally. We do require a physically fenced yard. He is about 35-*40 lbs and sturdy.

Frankie would do best currently as the only dog. He is not dog aggressive by any means, but has a little quirk that we are working on that other dogs may not enjoy on the daily, so we would feel most comfortable as placing him as the only dog in the home. I promise you this dog has so much love to give the right family.

He is neutered, heartworm negative, current on shots and preventions.

If you think you can be that family for Frankie Hudson, please fill out our adoption application on our website at www.safehaventn.com . We are happy to set up a meet and greet for the approved application. His adoption fee is waived and he is being fostered in Cookeville, TN. Out of state adoptions are considered on a case by case basis depending on the dog.

Phone interview to get more information about you, your family and tell you more about the pup(s) you are interested in.

3.

Approve Application

Once we approve an application, we set the status of the pup to "Adoption Pending" and schedule a home visit and meet and greet.

4.

We arrange a meet and greet and home visit if within distance. If all goes well we will finalize adoption at the end of this meeting.

Additional adoption info

Our adoption process starts with submitting an Adoption Application which can be found on our website at www.safehaventn.com. From there you will be contacted by one of our Adoption Coordinators. Our adoption donations are usually $150 for adult dogs and $200 - $300 for puppies - depending on the animal, breed, etc. We expect that our pets will live indoors, and will be adopted to families who have the desire to add another family member to their home. A vet reference is required.
