Meet Mac! 🐾 This handsome boy with striking amber eyes is ready for a fresh start. Mac was surrendered by an owner who admitted she hadn’t given him the time or love he deserved. Despite never having had a real family, Mac has blossomed with affection—he loves pets, enjoys walks through the woods, and even swims in the ponds!
Mac is smart, eager to please, and food-motivated, which has made him a star student in his recent Good Pup online training program. One of our staff members has worked with him weekly, and his trainer is very impressed! Mac now comes when called, sits at your feet, and responds beautifully to training exercises. He’s learning to walk politely on leash, and his trainer believes he’d excel at agility or enjoy hiking adventures.
Friendly and affectionate, Mac has so much potential to be an incredible companion. He’s neutered, ready for adoption, and currently shares a kennel with Emma, where the two get along great.

We have a simple contract ensuring that our rescue will be well taken care of, medically and physically, will never be tied or chained, and that a secure fenced area is provided for outdoor play. We want for each a loving home and to become part of a family. Every animal is up to date on shots and spay/neuter is required.

We are open 7 days a week by appointment. Weekends are preferred. Come see our waggin' tails and happy faces on 22 acres with large runs and a 5 acre play area. Email to ask for directions and to make an appt.

We started rescuing dogs in 2001 and became a non profit animal rescue in 2006 out of the sheer need to save animals from the streets, and pick up the ones dropped at our doorstep. We promote spay/neuter, and last year found forever homes for 129 animals from our location, and adopted over 400 through off site adoption..
